Enkang is located along Ngong Road,right oppoisted Talanta Sports Stadium.

Enkang has 3 phases. Phase 1 was started in 2017 and was handed over in 2021 has 3 blocks (C,D &E). Phase 2 started in late 2022 and handed over in 2024 has 1 block (G). Phase 3, which has 3 blocks (A,B & F), began construction in late 2024 and will finish constuction of block B & F in mid 2026. The last block (A) started in 2025 and will be handed over in June 2027

Phase 1 & 3 has 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom units while Phase 2 has studios, 1 bedrooms & commercial spaces

Yes. Our current payment plan is as follows 20& deposit to secure your 2 bedroom unit, 60% paid during the construction period and the balance 20& to be paid during the handover .
