Enkang is a residential development built in three phases, on a 4 acrea piece of land along, Ngong Road in Nairobi, offering modern studios, 1Bedroom, 2 Bedroom & 3 Bedroom apartments with convenient amenities for residents and investors.
PHASE 1
of Enkang commenced in 2017 and marked the beginning of a modern residential community along Ngong Road. This phase laid the foundation for the entire project and was successfully completed & handed over in 2022, establishing Enkang as a reliable and steadily growing property development in Nairobi.
The first phase consists of three residential blocks; Block C, Block E & Block D, each rising to eleven floors, with a total of 213 units. PHASE 2
Started in 2023 and was handed over in 2025. Block G features studio apartments & one-bedroom units, designed for young professionals & individuals seeking modern and affordable living spaces. PHASE 3
Phase Three represents the latest stage of the Enkang and began in the last quarter of 2024. This phase continues the expansion of the community with the construction of three additional residential blocks; Block B, Block F & Block A, further strengthening Enkang’s position as a growing residential destination along Ngong Road.
Two of the blocks, Block B & Block F, started construction in late 2024 & are projected to be completed by mid-2026. The final block, Block A, commenced in the last quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed in June 2027, continuing the long-term vision of delivering quality residential spaces for homeowners and investors in Nairobi.
